People. Opportunities. A Better Fit.

Finding a résumé is easy. Finding the right fit isn't.

Logan Recruiting Co. brings an experienced, hands-on approach to recruiting: understand the problem, qualify the person, and make introductions that are worth everyone's time.

“There is a place for everyone, but not every place is for everyone.”
For employers

Tell me the problem. I’ll help find the solution.

A hiring manager shouldn’t have to do the recruiter’s qualification work. Logan Recruiting Co. focuses on understanding what success actually requires, then presenting a small number of candidates who are worth meeting.

01

Understand the need

We go beyond the job description to understand the role, manager, environment, priorities, and reasons people succeed or fail.

02

Qualify before submitting

Skills matter, but so do motivation, compensation, timing, travel, growth goals, and the realities that can derail a hire.

03

Send fewer, better candidates

The goal is not a stack of résumés. It is a focused shortlist backed by a recruiter who has actually done the work.

04

Stay involved

The relationship does not end with an introduction. Communication and follow-through matter through the interview, offer, and start.

The Logan approach

Recruiting is a puzzle.

The résumé is one piece. The job is another. The real work is understanding enough about both sides to know when they belong together.

1 · DEFINEUnderstand the hiring problem before searching.
2 · FINDSearch beyond titles and obvious candidate pools.
3 · QUALIFYKnow why they would move and what could stop the deal.
4 · PRESENTMake a thoughtful introduction with context, not just a résumé.
For candidates

The right opportunity matters more than the next opportunity.

A recruiter should understand what you want—not just whether your résumé matches a keyword search. Expect candid conversations about compensation, growth, location, benefits, culture, travel, and what matters most to you.

No mystery interviews

You should understand the opportunity, expectations, and difficult realities before investing your time.

No hard sell

If the role is not right for you, that matters. The goal is a fit that works for both sides.

“I don’t believe in selling someone a job or selling a company a candidate. I believe in understanding both sides well enough to know when there’s a fit.”
